The Double-Bar Cross is also known as the Isleta Cross though its origin goes back to the Spanish Moors, just like the Naja. To the Pueblo Indians the double-bar cross was very similar to the dragonfly symbol of their culture, so many Puebloans incorporated the Isleta cross into their jewelry. The name originated in the New Mexico Franciscan mission of San Antonio de Isleta .
